In addition, he has been involved in various tenant representation and leasing assignments. Previously with CB Richard Ellis Investment Properties Group for approximately 15 years, Doug served as the Managing Director of the Nashville office during his final two years prior to joining ProVenture in April 2001.

Mike specializes in national and local tenant representation, site selection and strategic portfolio management in the industrial sector. Mike was previously Vice President, Market Officer in Tennessee for Prologis, the world’s largest industrial owner. In this role, Mike had development, leasing, and management responsibility for the Memphis and Nashville markets, including assets totaling over 12 million square feet. Mike also served in this same role for Prologis in the company’s North and South Carolina markets. Mike also worked in strategy and commercial development for The St. Joe Company, the largest private landowner in the State of Florida and for HCP, Inc., the largest publicly traded healthcare REIT.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Brian has completed more than $2.5 billion in lease and sales transactions. Before joining ProVenture, Brian spent 7 years as a Director of Leasing for two REITs in the industrial and healthcare sectors respectively. In both cases, Brian was responsible for the leasing and overall performance of 4,000,000 SF multi-market portfolios. Brian’s combined experience provides his clients with unique strategic insights. His knowledge of the goals and metrics of an institutional landlord, as well as the ability to creatively structure transactions, allow him to customize solutions to meet the goals of his clients.

Specializing in site selection and portfolio management in the manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce fulfillment sectors, Jeb has been involved in over 150 million square feet of transactions. He has been instrumental in the program design and global portfolio management of one of the company’s largest clients and has project experience in 10 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. Jeb has been a panelist at various industry events and a contributor to Eye4Transport, NAIOP, IAMC, World Trade Magazine and Site Selection Magazine.
